The manager, Debbie walked us step by step through the whole process and took care of all our needs to get set up. And the doctor, Brandon Hoang, was so friendly and knowledgeable that he made the whole experience a positive one. My daughter was referred to 2 different orthos by south corona dentistry, great dentist/team btw! I picked ismiles not knowing anything about them and glad I did. Walking in you're welcomed with a smile and a tour of the office. My girls loved the touchscreen games/coloring while waiting. The private room welcoming you by name along with a first time patient gift bag made my daughter feel special! Dr. Brandon has great bed side manner, takes his time, explains the options and is personable which is important! Debbie was cool, friendly and explained everything well. Melissa, Tj, and Sabrina in reception, etc, were very welcoming, helpful, and fun, made us feel like family😊 I didn’t catch the other staffs names unfortunately but they were great as well! Once again I want to leave a review for C.B. which continues to be an amazing assistant every time I go for my Invisalign appointments. She always greets me with a smile and we catch up on how our families are doing and what new is going on in our lives. That means a lot to me. It's completely different from my regular dentist office where it's always different people and there is never any small talk. ISmiles moved to a different location and it's such a big difference from the old place. Bigger office for sure, everything is always so clean and organized. And I can't forget about their music that always puts me in a good mood! Dr. Brandon and staff are amazing! My Invisalign journey is coming to an end, but I can't wait to continue seeing C.B., Dr Brandon, back office and front office staff when I go in for my follow ups!

Dr. Brandon and the crew are really helpful. The establishment is very clean. The vibe is there I like for your consultation. They have your name on a little sign. That's like with lights light up. It's really cute and unique. The staff really knows what they're doing. My health with my teeth. Feels very well in good hands here.

The bedside manner of this doctor is impeccable! We recently switched dentist for our kids & drive close to an hour for our girls to be seen here after we were referred by a friend & had a bad experience elsewhere . I HIGHLY HIGHLY reccommend this provider to any mom who is worried about pain for their kids or worried about the "unknown" when it comes to dentist work.. he thoroughly explains everything he is going to do with the kids in layman's terms before he does it & repeats it while he's conducting his work.. We have been coming here for two years for my daughter's braces and all of the staff are very friendly and very helpful especially "CB" her customer service is awesome thank you for all of your help and support. I absolutely adore this place. We ended up finding it by chance and have been here twice now. When I needed to take my two year old to get her teeth looked at it made me extremely nervous because of my horrible experiences with dentists in the past. They are so welcoming and attentive. They addressed all my concerns and made me feel at ease. My daughter loves it there. They always are able to keep her attention and are very quick and efficient when doing check ups. The doctor even got on his personal phone and was looking up things to help my daughter stop sucking on her middle and ring finger. Beyond happy that we stumbled upon this place. I've never worn braces before, but more than a month after they were installed, I can already feel and see the improvement. I had the most wonderful experience ever in this clinic. My braces were put on by Annette. She made sure everything with the doctor was exact and perfect. Additionally, I'd like to point out that the front office staff is exceptionally polite and will be pleased to assist you with any questions you may have. Nancy was the person who helped me the most with my payment and the entire process of getting braces; she made me feel welcome and was happy to answer all of my questions.

Dr hoang is an amazing doctor who is very kind and thorough with his work and his staff is amazing ( particularly crystal and Karla). This is my second time getting braces so I thought there would not be too much change in my teeth but they turned out amazing and it was well worth the 2 year wait. I seriously cannot thank this office enough, my sister yamilex is also getting her treatment through them and her teeth are probably going to turn out as amazing as mine. Long over due! I have been bringing my daughters to this dentist and I have amazing things to say! The office, while quite small is kid friendly and they always have a movie playing. My girls love Dr. David Ly he is so kind and playful he he makes my girls feel so at ease every time. The dental hygienist is amazing too!! My youngest daughter, about 6 at the time, had to get a lot of work done and to make things easier in everyone we decided to use sedation and the process was painless we were there with her though out the sedation and and soon as they were done they called me to head to the room while she woke up. I was so thankful with the full process. My oldest daughter has gone to the orthodontist and she got braces. My daughter loves to go to her appointments, Dr. Brandon Hoang is fantastic! They are honest and and I was satisfied with the dental plan they provided me with. I feel like I am always informed every step of the way. I have recommended my sister to bring her kids to the dentist. She has since brought her son which also needed some work and she went with the sedation option since he was only five.
